Our EADDE / ADDIE Model focus on- Explore, Analyze, Design, Develop & Delivery and Evaluation.

Here’s how we do it:

Stage I: Explore

When you approach Radiant with your problem, we, at first, understand what exactly you need. We explore your options and identify a competent resource so as to explore your problems and why you need technology training. We study all possible aspects for your Competency Development Programmes and what will suit you the best.

Stage II: Analyze

At this stage, Radiant will get a grasp on your target audience; existing knowledge and what all skill sets are prevalent in your organizational ecosystem. We understand your Proficiency & Level, Competency Gaps, Business Goals & Desired Outcome expected.

Stage III: Design

At this stage, we will design your learning objectives, specific objectives and the measurable ones. We will then introduce the designed learning activities in a sequence that can help your learners in developing skills and knowledge.

Stage IV: Develop & Deliver

After having done all the aforementioned tasks, we will develop customized content for your organization, which will include case studies, activities and different projects. We will give you learning resources so as to achieve your objectives. Also, at this phase, we will communicate with your organization, the delivery scheduled. We will introduce you to our Expert/Facilitator. You can choose your preferred format, such as Individualised Instructor Led Training, Off-site Classroom, VILT, On-site Classroom Training or video conferencing.

Stage V: Evaluation

Radiant Tech Solutions believes in evaluating the progress at different stages so as to make sure that training is executed the way it is desired. We do it in four parts, viz:

  • Pre-Assessment- To understand if the learning programme is satisfactory according to established standard in Stage III.
  • Post Assessment- To measure how well our knowledge and skills are acquired by the learners.
  • Feedback Form- To measure the level of satisfaction among learners and participants of our training programme.
  • Project/ Case Study- To measure transfer of this raining programme in real work environment.
